Woolf Camp was great! I came in on the 2nd day with Marc and kids in tow. Marc decided to take the kids away - so I got to thoroughly enjoy my time. It was a lovely organic writers get together - the first of more to come. The main challenge was in picking which discussion to partake in - as they all were interesting. I started in a gender and online identity discussion that seemed to touch on so many things that I have been thinking about lately.I was with a powerful group -Lovely Amber moderated, Liz Henry - e - Emily - Sarah Mary Tsao to name a few. Then before we could finish - as such conversations are never over - it was lunch time.
Then it was time for some spontaneous dancing to Prince

In the afternoon I joined Chris Heuer who demonstrated podcasting after which I demostrated vlogging - how easy it is etc. Then we all hung out until it was time to go. I really had a good time - met so many fantastic women looking forward to reading the blogs. In talking with Grace Davis - the intent of the camp was that it be for writers - so it is not a set thing that it be a women’s only get together. I will be very curious to see where it goes from here.
